Endwalker [6.0]: Post may contain potential spoilers.
The Font of Maya
For those that are wondering. Yes I did sit there and timed this shot. I was sitting mainly to wait for the fog to go away only to notice that the moon was aiming itself above the statue. Figured that I might as well get a shot that hardly anyone else will be able to do so. Only downside being that I don’t have much time to talk about for today’s post.
Typically, I’m not one to talk about real life but I figure this was a rather interesting scenario. To be blunt, I nearly crashed into a bunch of deers in the middle of town. This happened about an hour before I created this post. Thankfully, nothing serious happened since I noticed them moving in the shadows before I got dangerously close. Was able to come to a complete stop without incident. The only nice thing is that the road I was on is usually busy but at night its fairly dead. It could’ve been possible for someone to hit me if they weren’t actively watching the road while behind me.
Essentially, I hit the brakes pretty hard but not enough to were I would’ve lost control. The only noteworthy thing for me to say is that it was werid to see them on that particular road since the forest was a fairly long distance away. They would’ve have to go through quite a few residential and business areas to reach that road.
With all of that said. I got nothing more to include for today’s post. Unfortunate for that one person reading I guess. I actually have no idea if anyone actively reads this blog. Haven’t even checked the server traffic logs in a good while either. Hmm… After taking a quick look, there appears to be a higher level of visitors and hits since the beginning of the month. Nearly 100 visitors on average per day (in comparison to about 50-70 visitors per day).
Now I personally don’t trust that one single statistic alone since it could easily be a bot/crawler visiting the site (even with a blacklist). So another useful data point to look at is hits per day. Hits in this scenario essentially means the amount of requests were made per day. A high hit count would mean a person or few actually looked at the site and possibly browsed it. Although, it appears the increase amount of hits roughly appears similar to that of prior months.
Truthfully these data points would be more useful to me if I only check by day since I can actually see what files are being requested for the site. Eitherway, I need to bring this post to end and as such I hope you folks have a good day/night!
