So a week has passed and it feels like nothing has changed… I didn’t really have any grand plans or anything. I did make an explicit rule where I can’t touch the blog for any reason since the past week. This whole week was partly meant to serve as an opportunity to relax from the blog and other responsibilities.
In the grand scheme it didn’t really feel like I relaxed in a way. I was probably way too tensed up during the half of it. Here I am with only a couple days before back to the grind. No matter. It will simply be another day another time.
The only real consideration I had made for my blog during the time is that I don’t want to change the status quo. As it stands the Screenshot a Day series is something that I like to keep going. I just don’t like the idea of making weekly or every few days a week posts. It just feels off to me plus its enjoyable to a degree. The only thing that I may considering on doing, is attempting to repeat this whole no posts for a week every once in a while.
That way I have the opportunity to accomplish other stuff without being too concerned of a post every hour of the day. I don’t plan on doing another one soon. Although I’m considering doing one when I hit my 1 year anniversary with this blog. No concrete plans at the moment.
Moving on from that. I don’t think I have an addiction to Final Fantasy XIV. Main reason being that I didn’t touch the game for the past week. Honestly, I haven’t gotten out of the lull as of yet. Not entirely as to why, but one things for certain. There’s too many games on my plate that needs to be played right now. Its fairly annoying.
While I’m someone who doesn’t stick to one game all of the time. I still commit to a single game at a time. Its actually surprising in a way that I have stuck with FFXIV for so long. The sole reason why I can even enjoy that game is because of this blog. Without it I probably would’ve never did any of my crafters and other jobs.
Still its a bit of a problem that I can’t get back into the groove of things.
