A Taste of Land
The local shark may have a taste for starchiness. Fortunately, was able to make it back to shore intact, yet I may need to get a new pair of clothing. At least, I can relax somewhere on the beach and not on some rock in the middle of the water. The beach might not be the most interesting venture. Hopping on over to the mountains may sound better. Oh yeah, I have that invitation thing tomorrow. Gonna have to reach North Shroud.

Discoverability
Currently, I have done next to nothing on making this website easily discoverable through Search Engines like Google or Duckduckgo. I haven’t really looked much into SEO (Search Engine Optimization). As I have mentioned before, I don’t really want to advertise this site to the whole world. I have no idea if this is even a good idea. This website could serve as some better alternative to showing potential employers whom could get a better idea of what kind of person I am. However, I would actually need to list this blog under my name and probably add something into my about section, which currently has some placeholder stuff. Ultimately, I will probably make some improvements to allow ease of discovering, but I don’t know if this sort of thing would be well-received.
Ads, Sponsors, Tracking and Revenue?
With the mention of Discoverability, I think I should mention some of the common things apparent in almost every website. I have zero interest in Advertisement and Sponsors. Actually, let me rephrase that. I think I may do something if its some community event in FFXIV, but beyond that I don’t want to advertise to potential readers. Especially, when there’s not much to gain besides revenue.
Tracking is in the same ball park as the others. I don’t want to track people’s behaviors and sell that info for whatever the reason may be. The only form of data that I would willingly collect, is server statistics. Like how many unique clients went to see this website. Beyond that I don’t want to include cookies nor create anyform of account system for readers. I just would want them to read/view this site and thats it. I would be content knowing that there is someone looking at this website.
In terms of revenue. It would be nice to make a living out of something like this, but I would like to do more than just screenshot a day. Beyond that, I don’t have any current plans in making revenue out of this website. I am doing this out of fun, but if people were to ever berate me about offering money. I may use some site like Patreon, but I don’t think that will happen anytime in the near future.
