I recently, came back from a short hike. For whatever reason I walked a third of what I normally do during work, but it was far more exhausting than work. Maybe its due to a more rough terrain and irregular elevation. Either way, I am tad tired from it and don’t want to worry about this post before going to bed. Heck I am even thinking about taking another hike way early in the morning. Its nice having a little hiking trail right next to where I live. Hopefully, this time if I do go out in the morning that I won’t be calling people and can just be to myself out it calming breeze.
Hope you folks find sometime to spend an hour once a while walking about outside. Although, can’t really expect much inside of a city in terms of a more natural enviornment.
