So… I was originally planning on making this post yesterday but apparently my auto-renewal didn’t work for the domain and yeah… I didn’t find out till a couple hours after they practially redirected the site. Thankfully, I got it paid properly and should be good for another year but by the time I was able to re-access the site. It was already an hour past the deadline. Lets just hope I don’t make another dumb mistake again.
As a side note, I decided to finally get rid of the blog subdomain to the site since originally the domain was being used for some other stuff and had been sitting on the wayside. Having been forced to access the domain provider site gave me cause to go ahead and update the ip for the subdomains. Now you can still access the site via blog.solitem.net, but interacting any further will get rid of the subdomain. I probably should’ve included www as well.
There’s one exception though. I just now noticed that the option to click for original image has a static url with the blog subdomain included. Thats something that I’m gonna have to manually adjust for every post. Yay… (Time for scripts to rule the day once more.)
Anyhow, I forgotten that Old Sharlayan is part of whats called “The Northern Empty” and this shot perfectly demonstrates why. Its flipping cold of a place. While I do like the shot it isn’t the best setup due to the statue being way too far off onto the left. Unfortunately, I need to get back to grinding levels for Scholar/Summoner so its probably best that I stop staring at this text with nothing else to say. I hope you folks have a good day/night!
