The Swallowed Spire
So… Where do you think the base of this spire starts at? No idea. What I do think is neat about this shot though is that it gets a fairly good view of what was the bottom of the ocean. Atleast before some mad man decided to build a city right next to it. Now that I think about it. This huge cliffside would actually make sense in real life.
Across the world you might think that from the beach to the deepest parts of the ocean is a smooth slant. In reality the bottom of the ocean is very bumpy and has huge cliffsides. This zone happens to capture a pretty good view as to how it would look like in real life. Obviously, it really depends on where in the world, but I think anywhere where fault lines along a beach side tends to have significant cliffs at the bottom of the ocean.
Its been a while since I took my Geology course so I can’t claim to be an expert or anything. Regardless, thats all I have for today. I hope you folks have a good day/night!
