Mor Dhona
Here’s a neat little place. Unfortunately, I wasn’t around the time when A Realm Reborn was the only “expansion” available. This was to my knowledge one of the more popular spots for end game stuff at that time. Nowadays, I think things are fairly spread out. Anyhow, Mor Dhona is fairly bland.
The core problem with the place as a whole is that its all stone aside from some vegetation and crystals. The main thing that sets it apart from like Limsa Lominsa is the geography. The way how the terrain sits and how the town/city builds into this odd valley is quite amazing. If anything it makes it by far the coolest which does conflict my original stance. I think it would be better to say the “color” visuals is fairly boring, but the terrain and structures is quite great.
Generally, I don’t really have a huge list of favorites in terms of zones. Lavender Beds and Gridania in “A Realm Reborn” are definitely in top for me personally. I might just give a “Top 5” screenshots at the end of each expansion that I do. Neat little idea to mess with. Nevertheless, there’s a slew of sceneries that are awe-inspiring.
Sadly, thats all I’ll touch on today. Honestly, I haven’t really invested a huge amount of time with these posts all that much. Doesn’t help that I tend to have 1 hour to 30 minute time limits to get these posted at the end of the day. I really need a better work schedule to better tackle these posts. Then again saying anything is a minor goal of mine and even if I say one word. Its better than saying nothing.
