The Hundred-and-one Revelations
Its been a rather long time since I had any proper sleep. This past week has not been particularly fun for me. Core issues being that I had to keep getting up early in the morning for work. I’m use to getting up past noon to get ready and as such tend to go to bed at 3-4 in the morning. However since the past week has been requiring to get up at 5-6 in the morning. Which ruins my sleep schedule.
As a result of this annoying change in sleep. I’ve gotten very little. In fact, I slept like 10-12 hours yesterday. I slept passed the deadline and decided to not worry about posting that day. Don’t expect this post to be insanely long to make up for it.
Lets move onto the actual screenshot for today. Oddly, its a bit hard to actually see the paintings on the wall. I wonder if this was a newly discovered site. Behind this shot is a very bland area that has a huge mound of sand. I do wonder what the revelations are meant to be. I hope next time whoever created this revelation that they would use a more clear tool instead.
It’s sort’ve odd that its called “The Hundred-and-one Revelations” when there aren’t that many pictures on the wall. Might have something to do with how the culture operates here or something. Could even be the truth behind the Primals. No idea.
Submersible stuff
So here we are. I had my first haul with the upgraded submersible. It gave me 5 cocobolo lumber on a single trip… I know that its still luck based. However, I wished I had upgraded it a long time ago.
Secondly, I got all of the resources for the second submersible. I might not be able to create it before this post. Regardless, I intend to give it the name of “Blue Moon” I recalled Red October and how it involves with a submarines. Unfortuntely, It didn’t make too much since to give red in its name. (I could just dye it.) I deciced to use blue since it mostly resembles that of water.
New Look
Its been ages, but I’ve finally decided to try out a new style for my character.
This actually took a moment to get this kind of shot. I struggled a tad on trying to get the eyes to not go on one entire side. I was also trying to figure out how to get my character to cross their arms like that. Thankfully, by accident I enable lean and it got exactly what I wanted.
Personally, there’s one piece of item that I would rather avoid to get rid of. That is of course the little feather. I’ve become rather attached to that piece and feel like removing would harm the identity of my character. This is honestly the first time I’ve ever changed the hairstyle of my character.
It was a challenge trying to find something that didn’t feel off with my character. The ponytail hairstyle sort’ve feels off, but I think its the most preferred at of the other options. Eitherway, I’m going to try and get used to this style and see what potential it can bring.
Conclusion
As mentioned before. Its going to be a short post. While I love the 1000+ words per post. It ain’t a sustainable method for myself. Especially, when I have zero routine with this stuff. Funnily enough, I’ve been wanting to talk about a particular subject on “addictions”. However, everyday has prevented in me doing so due to a lack of time. Tomorrow might be a different story since its going to be another getting up 5-6 in morning again.
