Light tower
I think that tower is suppose to be a lighthouse. Eh.. Don’t really have much to say other than that this is Limsa Lominsa. I can show off one of the docked ships. To be frank, I am not fond of this place. Its like an entire city built with bird poop. Its different and cool for that reason, but I just don’t like the visuals it creates.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Prologue
Spoilers Ahead?
Alright, I have a lot to say yet not enough time to say it. I played through what I assume is the prologue of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and oh dear. Its too good. There’s so much I like to say that I should create a seperate post. The main problem being that I just want to play the game not talk about it. It also doesn’t help that I don’t have a lot of time to play and do these posts at the same time, so I kind’ve have to sacrifice a bit on the word count of these posts. If I am going to start making posts noting down my experience of the game. I am not going to be making daily posts about it. The Screenshot a day series is fairly easy to do since I only need to spend 10 minutes in FFXIV to get a suitable screenshot.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is a bit more of a pain since the process of getting the screenshots have a few tedious steps. I won’t get into detail of the steps, but I will mention of my little dumb way of getting screenshots without the characters or hud. Now I did learn that if you hit both right and left bumper, you will get a screenshot without any hud, but in order to get a screenshot without the characters requires timinig.
Opening the menu in the game. There’s a brief moment that makes both the hud and all characters/npcs disappear. By brief, I mean like 5-10 frames. You have to hit the screen capture button at the right moment otherwise you’ll get a shot of the menu instead. There might be a better solution, but I haven’t found it yet.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 really has some neat environments. Honestly, it makes me tempted to do a side project showcasing the game’s environments like FFXIV, but I really don’t want to burden myself.
So thats all I will say today and I’ll be immediately playing Xenoblade 3 after this is posted.
