I got nothing with the title of this post, but one thing I can most definitely say is that this is quite a beautiful shot as a whole. It really makes me ponder on how different the game will look visually once 7.0 is out. Its hard to say with any certainty, but to my understanding lightning will improve massively. Even then, you can still easily get a shot like this in the game with no modifications to its lighting at all.

“Art AI” has been making the rounds as of late. While, for someone like me who isn’t really all that impacted by it. I can certainly see the concerns it presents to many. However, I think its unwise to take drastic measures to prevent the circulation and or creation of AI based Art. As a bare minimum, I think they are a phenomenal asset for someone’s toolset. Worst case scenario. They can replace Human Art, but I doubt that will ever happen. If anything, the value of human art will skyrocket. People today can simply give a prompt to an AI and they will get a vast array of images “matching” the said prompt. However, I doubt that the AI will be able to finely control how the picture is depicted
Obviously, I’m out of my leauge when it comes to how this form of machine learning/algorithms functions. The only thing that I am certain of is that within time. AI art will become prevalent throughout human culture.
Will there be bans on AI Art in the future? Quite possibly. Is that the solution to our problems? No. Will people lose jobs? Possibly, but I think with the advent of AI Art will also bring in the value of human talent that AI won’t be able to easily capture. Ultimately, “AI” is a very loose term and the things that we see today are hardly what we should consider as AI. The best description for them are machine learning and or algorithms. Because of that. They aren’t going to get rid of humans of the creative variety anytime soon. Although, things can change in the coming future.
