Has there even been a case in which oil did permeate throuhout the water? Doubtful, but just imagine a white oi- and lets move away from that right now. Fun fact, you can stand on that little cliff section in the middle of the waterfall. The better question is why hasn’t it eroded from the constant flowing of water?...
