Island Bike
Welp, here it is. The Garlond bike that you get from the Island Sanctuary. The mount does scale with the type of race you are playing. In fact while the lalafell looks fairly normal here. In reality, it looks abominably small. Some may call it adorable others will laugh at it and then pull their forks out. Apparently, I don’t know which FATE it is, but Lalafells are considered to be a preferred food by most wild animals. Interesting overall.
Some random stuff
There’s a bit of an idea I had as of late. Essentially, I go into gpose mode and sit there looking or slowly moving camera at some environment. The idea is to kind’ve capture the essence of that zone in some ways. Honestly, I don’t have a concrete idea for the whys. I only want to do it to see what people thoughts are on it. It could be very interesting and may even serve as a way to have people try out the game as a whole.
A crux to gaming in general.
Guides and constant spread of information has reshaped how people play games as a whole. Within the first week its very easy for people to complete most aspects of a game and then generate guides on how to further improve your skills/knowledge. Personally, I think they have been a great tool as a whole. However, I also think it has also damaged some of the potential enjoyment that I could’ve have with the game. One of the core reasons as to why I got hooked onto Final Fantasy XIV was because of the story. If someone were to spoil the entirety of the story for me. I would probably become disinterested with it and may never continue to play it. Having friends is also a significant boon for me as well. I doubt I would invest as much time as I do now with the game. I nearly spend multiple hours per day on the game. Mainly to do daily activities of mine and to further improve things on my own.
More random nonsense
Truth be told, I don’t really know what I have said just now. I am mostly throwing whatever comes to mind at the keyboard. There are folks who spent way more time researching and focusing on what they are going to say than me. I can’t really mention this topic haphazardly. I have nearly 30 minutes till post and I don’t really have any grounds to work with. A failure in the making. I really do like to improve upon these posts, but I think the current work schedule that I have makes it rather challenging to do. I suppose I could make the post before going to work, but I tend to stay in bed till the last hour before work. Not all that helpful to work from.
There’s a bunch of things I need to work on to hopefully demonstrate the value of these posts. Currently, they appear more as a rambling individual in an echo chamber. So far consistency is the only thing I have been able to achieve with these posts, but I almost fear that attempting to change anything may result losing that. I don’t want to abandon the daily posts as it stands. Then again, I feel like they can’t really continue where they are now. Maybe its because of work maybe its because I don’t give a damn. Who knows what barrier I am facing, but experimentation is probably the best approach I can take right now. I do apologizes for the seeming randomness of this post. I suppose this is merely a way for me to get that word count up arbitrarily.
Only time will tell on where I will proceed from here.
