Last Remnant

Kind’ve odd that the last screenshot I take for Azys Lla is that of a small little platform that was the last remnant of something. Tomorrow, we will be kicking back and soothe our hearts next to a bare firepit in good old Ishgard. The last we shall see of it till we shoot beyond the stars. One other thing I want to mention is that I have finished the video for Azys Lla. As per usual a link to the video shall be listed down below. The funny thing about is that I thought this video was going to be shorter, but in reality its longer than the previous video. I’m pretty confident that when I tackle both Ishgard and Idyllshire together they will pretty short in comparison.

Remnant (12 minutes 32 seconds)

For centuries many civilizations built up to grand nations that could stand the test of time however each and everytime they crumble into dust. Once again the scenario repeats and some of those remnant individuals watch how the world react to their power. A traveller of sorts this one man embarks among the lands recovering pieces of what use to be his land. Watching those after him pilfer whatever remains. Sadden by these actions of others. The man tends to be by himself with the concern of lashing out on those around him. One day he finds a archaelogical excavation around on what use to be the capital of his nation. He watches to see what they may uncover centuries later. While the workers payed no mind to his observation. He waited till something comes. Thankfully, he didn’t have to wait all that much.

The very next day he noticed that far more people than normal began crowding at the excavation site and almost cheerful like sounds erupt from it. Intrigued, the man hurriedly joins them to see what was uncovered. A sword was uncovered. The unfortuantely reality however was that the sword was shattered and dread drowned the man. He walks away dragging his feet on the dirt only to be responded with cheers all around him. Befudled, he thought something else was uncovered but that wasn’t the case. The excavators cheered not that the sword was destroyed but that it was proof of their efforts. Astounded by the reaction of others. The man leaves and contemplates of what had happened. It was only in peace could he understand the beauty of this discovery. An opportunity, he had the skills needed to repair this blade and thought that it would impress them more ~ he decided through the veil of night, steal the sword reforge it anew through his predecessors practices. Once again he returns the sword back to where it was. He even narrowly dodge be caught by the others. Once again he embarks upon another trail only to be filled with a new sense of purpose.

End

I kind’ve like this story in a way. Also, why am I all of a sudden ignoring my own forsaken rule? While I had to rewrite one of the stories from two days ago. I still went over the time limit for both of the stories yesterday. I really should do something about that.
